1.Digital Products- Since all our products are digital files (procedures, forms, templates, etc.), they are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a document has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund
2.Refund Eligibility – Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
-The file you downloaded is corrupted or inaccessible.
– – You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded the file.
— You purchased a duplicate product by mistake.
3.How to Request a Refund – If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at getmeeverything94@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and a description of the issue for a faster resolution.
- Response Time- We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exceptions – Refunds will not be issued if:
-The product has already been downloaded and accessed without issues.
-The customer changes their mind after purchase or finds the product does not meet their expectations without any fault from us.
